At Winners Chapel International, Luton, there is a place for everyone. We have many opportunities for every person to minister and in turn, be ministered to. We invite you to the time to explore the different ministry opportunities we have at our Church and take the time to serve and get involved. There are many benefits of kingdom service and the word of God validates this.

One of the most rewarding things you can do is to be of service to others. It not only helps others but it also helps you. We urge you to pray about where God wants you to serve and get plugged in. Remember, ‘ It is more blessed to give than to receive.’ Acts 20:35. As you give your time, and service, God’s blessings will envelop you and your household in Jesus’ name.

Our Service Units

USHERING

As an usher, your role is to receive, direct and guide worshipers to their seats during services. You will also help attend to members’ inquiries and maintain orderliness in the church auditorium before and during the services.

HOSPITALITY

In hospitality, you greet and welcome worshipers and first-timers into the auditorium. You should also support and assist the elderly and disabled in and out of the church auditorium and help to register and support new converts.

TECHNICAL

The technical unit is responsible for video coverage and recording of all services and church events. Members of the technical unit ensure the effective functioning of the audio-visual tools used for coverage.

PROTOCOL

Protocols welcome special guests and provide relevant information to worshipers. Unit members also collate church attendance during services and participate in the organization and coordination of counselling sessions.

CHILDREN’S CHURCH

This unit teaches the gospel to children at their level of understanding in accordance with the theme of the month. They also coordinate the smooth running of operations within the children’s department.

PRODUCTION

This unit aids in the printing of information bulletins, fliers and outreach materials for the church. They are also responsible for recording messages to compact devices and other audio-visual storage devices.

DECORATION

The decoration unit is in charge of decorating and beautifying the church auditorium and church halls for services as well as any events held within or outside the church auditorium.

CHOIR

The choir ministers in songs and leads the church in praise and worship sessions. They also play a key role in coordinating vocal and instrumental ministrations at all church events and services.

SANCTUARY KEEPERS

The sanctuary keeping unit maintains the general cleanliness of the auditorium, halls, facilities and the entire church premises, before, during and after all services and any other church events.

SECURITY

This unit ensures orderliness, and the safety of life and property within and around the church premises during services. They also monitor the environs and carry out regular surveillance.

TRANSPORT

The transport unit helps to coordinate worshippers’ commute either using the church bus or booking private transportation to pick people up from prearranged pick-up locations.

PRAYER SQUAD

The prayer squad is responsible for standing in the gap through prayers for the church and its members. They organize weekly prayer meetings to pray for outreaches and church services.

FOLLOW UP

This unit is responsible for communications, constant following up and ensuring the establishment of new converts and first-time worshippers on the mandate of the church as well as its mission and values.

TEENS CHURCH

Responsible for coordinating the activities and worship service of the teenagers in the church. They are also responsible for catering to the teenagers’ physical, emotional and spiritual welfare.

YOUTH ALIVE FELLOWSHIP

The Youth & Singles ministry is designed in a unique way to enhance the value of every individual and set them up for spiritual accomplishments. This ministry is focused on raising people with a difference.
